Quizzical is a simple quiz app that allows users to select a certain number of question between 1 to 50, a difficulty level and category which are optional, if the user does not select any of the options and click the start quiz, then the app generates a single question with random difficulty and category. When the question loads, the user is required to select only one option from the four answer options, when done clicks the check answer button which provides the score and a button to play again. The app was created using react, custom css, css flexbox and css grid. It is responsive and fit on different device screen
Foody is a food ordering app which gives the customer the choice to choose from the available menu and can also make multiple choices. The mark up of the app was done using HTML, while CSS was used for styling. JavaScript was used for interaction. The app would allow a user order or remove from the ordered list any food item of choice, an item could only be added once. It also calculates the total cost of the item. After making an order, the user can checkout using the checkout details, which would require the user to enter his card details and submit.
I built the learning journal which showcases my coding learning journey with scrimba, it is responsive and accessible, and the markup was done using HTML, while the styling was done using CSS flexbox, grid and relative units. Media query was used to change the layout of the page to a suitable layout for larger screens.
I'm a frontend developer based out of Abuja, Nigeria. I love building apps that solve real-world problems, accessible, responsive and that are delightful to use. My specialities include React JS, and JavaScript.
My background is in Surveying and Geo-informatics. I have Higher National Diploma (HND) certificate in Surveying and Geo-informatics. When I am not building apps or coding, I am reading a book either on programming or personal development. Moreso, I enjoy watching good tech movies or watching tech videos on Youtube to see how the think and solve problems.
